The GS610 is a highly accurate and highly functional programmable voltage/current source that incorporates voltage/current generation and measurement functions. The maximum output voltage and current are 110 V and 3.2 A, respectively. Evaluation of over a wide range of basic electrical characteristics is possible, because the GS610 can operate as a current source or a current sink. |
The GS200 is a DC voltage/current source that boasts high accuracy, high stability, and high resolution. With its excellent traceability, stability, and 5 1/2-digit resolution, the GS200 generates extremely low-noise DC voltage and current signals that are required for many applications. Additionally, the optional monitoring feature turns the GS200 into a voltage and current measuring instrument. | The GS820 is equipped with two analog channels with each channel consisting of a constant voltage source VS, a constant current source IS, a voltmeter VM, and an ammeter IM. The two source measure channels are isolated. |
Keithley's SourceMeter family is designed specifically for test applications that demand tightly coupled sourcing and measurement. All SourceMeter models provide precision voltage and current sourcing as well as measurement capabilities. Each SourceMeter instrument is both a highly stable DC power source and a true instrument-grade 5 1/2-digit multimeter. The power source characteristics include low noise, precision, and readback. The multimeter capabilities include high repeatability and low noise. The result is a compact, single-channel, DC parametric tester. In operation, these instruments can act as a voltage source, a current source, a voltage meter, a current meter, and an ohmmeter. Manufacturers of components and modules for the communications, semiconductor, computer, automotive, and medical industries will find the SourceMeter instruments invaluable for a wide range of characterization and production test applications. |
Series 2600A System SourceMeter® instruments are Keithley's latest
I-V source-measure instruments for use as either a bench-top I-V characterization
tool or as a building block component of multi-channel I-V test systems.
For bench-top use, Series 2600A instruments feature an embedded TSP®
Express Software Tool that allows users to quickly and easily perform
common I-V tests without programming or installing software. For system
level applications, Series 2600A's Test Script Processor (TSP®)
architecture along with new capabilities such as parallel test execution
and precision timing provides the highest throughput in the industry
to lower the cost of test. |
The Model 6430 Sub-Femtoamp Remote SourceMeter combines the voltage and current sourcing and measurement functions of Keithley's popular SourceMeter and Source-Measure Unit (SMU) products with sensitivity, noise, and input resistance specifications superior to electrometers. This unique combination of broad functionality and exceptional measurement integrity is made possible by the Model 6430's Remote PreAmp, which offers a very sensitive bi-directional amplifier with sensitive feedback elements for measuring or sourcing currents at the device being tested. The high level signals output by the Remote PreAmp are sent to the controlling mainframe via a two-meter cable. This allows the user to make a direct or very short connection to the signal, minimizing the effects of cable noise.
